of Champagne
The “entry” champagne of the Maison, a pas dosé made with the 3 main grape varieties, with a greater presence of Chardonnay that ensures elegance. It is the fruit of the first pressing combined with reserve wines, which are able to give energy and creaminess. To the taste, it is characterised by an aromatic profile reminiscent of lime, ginger, candied citron, honey and saffron. It enchants with bursts of luminous freshness, intense savouriness and mineral spirals. Lively and vibrant involvement that you can’t say enough.

With grapes exclusively from the Grand Cru village of Cramant, in the Côte des Blancs, this champagne is a 2018 harvest fermented in cuve and left on yeast lees for 3 years. After the dégorgement, it is dosed at 2g/l. This is a limited production, with only 500 bottles individually numbered by hand. Soft presence of pineapple and lively tangerine effervescence, all enhanced by a touch of elderflower. Spicy finish with hints of white pepper, hay and camomile. Generous and brilliant, rich in fruit ripeness, powerful and harmonious; a vintage champagne, son of Cramant grapes, that expresses perfection.
100% Chardonnay grapes exclusively from two Grand Cru villages of the Côte des Blancs, Avize (90%) and Oger (10%), 2019 harvest, fermented in fût and left on yeast lees for 3 years. After the dégorgement, the champagne is dosed at 1 g/l. Soft, enveloping and engaging, it is like a bud with silk chiffon embroidery. Its colours recall the sun and the sweetness of a raising dawn. With fruity aromas complemented by buttery notes, its fine and delicate perlage remains ambitious over time. Precious flavours are released in an elegant tourbillon of intense reminiscences.
